1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Valley Aerial Ag website (the "Site") or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site or purchase our products.

We specialize in agricultural drones, enterprise drone solutions, parts, and accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders, software, and hazardous materials may be non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products are sold with manufacturer warranties where applicable. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALLEY AERIAL AG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Agricultural Use Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding agricultural drone operations, including but not limited to:

• •FAA regulations (Part 107, Part 137, Section 44807)
• •California Department of Pesticide Regulation requirements
• •County Agricultural Commissioner regulations
• •Pesticide labeling and application requirements

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logos, text, images, software) is our property or licensed to us and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. User Conduct
