Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items are non-returnable (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used drones and electronic equipment
• Consumable items: spray nozzles, batteries, propellers, chemicals
• Custom or special-order items
• Software licenses or digital products
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or crash

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@valleyaerialag.com or call 1-855-CVAA-747 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Package the item securely in its original box with all accessories and documentation.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RA.

Returns without an RA number may be refused. Items must be received within 14 days of RA issuance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. For warranty claims on DJI products, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty or see our drone warranty guide.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround time.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large equipment or high-value items. This fee is waived for returns due to our error or defective products.
